Beaphar CARE+® Junior Rabbit Food is a premium, highly palatable complete food, crafted in collaboration with veterinarians and nutrition experts. It's specifically designed to meet the dietary needs of young rabbits and expectant or nursing does. The food's pellet size is intentionally smaller, making it easy for young rabbits to consume. It boasts an enriched formula with increased levels of calcium and protein, alongside added vitamins A and D to support growth and development. With a high fibre content of 25%, it ensures optimal digestive health.

This carefully balanced recipe features a perfect blend of fibre and high-quality, digestible vegetable proteins, with no added sugars, making it ideally suited to a growing rabbit's dietary needs. Beaphar CARE+® Junior Rabbit also includes antioxidants like vitamin E, omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, green tea extract, and spirulina to bolster the immune system. It's enriched with prebiotics MOS and FOS to promote a healthy gut flora and contains yucca schidigera extract to minimize the odor of rabbit faeces.

The Beaphar CARE+® Small Animal Range employs an extrusion process for its all-in-one food pellets, ensuring uniform composition and eliminating selective feeding. When transitioning your rabbit to a new diet, it's crucial to do so gradually. Mix some of the old food with Beaphar CARE+® Junior Rabbit over several days to prevent any digestive upset.

The daily serving size of Beaphar CARE+® Junior Rabbit depends on your rabbit's size and weight. The following information serves as a guide, but you may need to adjust the quantity based on your rabbit's specific needs.

Rabbits aged 3–6 weeks:

Your baby rabbits should have the opportunity to eat small quantities of Beaphar CARE+® Junior Rabbit and hay, in addition to their mother’s milk.

Rabbits aged 6–10 weeks:

Your baby rabbits should be weaned and used to eating Beaphar CARE+® Junior Rabbit.

Rabbits aged 10 weeks–6 months:

Allow your young rabbit to eat as much Beaphar CARE+® Junior Rabbit as he or she wants.

Rabbits aged 6 months:

Feed Approximately 35g per kg of bodyweight each day. Ideally split into 2 meals.

Rabbits aged 9–10 months:

Gradually change to Beaphar CARE+® Rabbit (for rabbits 10 months of age and older).

When using during pregnancy or lactation it is important to allow your rabbit an unlimited amount of Beaphar CARE+® Junior Rabbit.

Always have fresh drinking water available and a constant supply of hay.
