The Little Stinker Pad Holder is the perfect solution for house-training your puppy or providing a reliable spot for older dogs to do their business. Designed with convenience and cleanliness in mind, these pads are super absorbent, leak-proof, and odor-reducing, making them ideal for any home, including apartments. • Maximum Absorbency: Super absorbent polymer turns liquid into gel and absorbs more than 100 times its volume.
  • Leak-Proof Protection: Plastic backing prevents leaks, keeping rugs and floors safe.
  • Odor Control: Multi-layer liquid-locking system minimizes leakage, tracking, and unpleasant odors.
  • Safe and Versatile: Perfect for puppies, older dogs, and apartment living; safe for use around children and pets.
  • Built-In Attractant: Helps train your dog to use the pad when needed.

Technical Specifications:

  • Type: Potty Pad Holder
  • Pad Size (L x W): 24 x 24 inches
  • Material: Multi-layer absorbent polymer with leak-proof plastic backing
  • Usage: Suitable for puppies, senior dogs, and small spaces like apartments

Instructions:

  1. Assemble your puppy's Precision Pet Products crate. Use a Precision play yard to fence off the area around the crate. Place a potty pad on the floor inside the exercise pen, positioned away from the crate, with the plastic side facing down. Ensure the pad is far enough from the crate, as dogs prefer not to relieve themselves near their sleeping area.
  2. Place your puppy on the potty pad and give a clear command, such as "go potty." Step back and allow the puppy a few minutes to use the pad.
  3. Once the puppy successfully uses the pad, immediately offer praise and a small treat as positive reinforcement.
  4. Repeat this process consistently until the puppy begins to use the pad independently without prompting.
  5. In the event of an accident, gently place the puppy on the pad. Clean up the mess quietly to avoid causing stress or fear. Refrain from punishing the puppy for accidents.
  6. To complete the training, gradually move the potty pad closer to the door over time. Once the puppy adapts, transition the pad outside to encourage outdoor potty habits.
